The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing wood-frame multifamily developments, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record delivering projects on schedule and within budget. The company has delivered more than 15,000 multifamily units and is known for its relationship-driven approach and strong project execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project teams
- Maintain strong client, developer, and design team relationships
- Oversee financial reporting, contract administration, and risk management
- Mentor and develop project management staff
- Drive safety, quality, and operational excellence
Qualifications
- 10 years of commercial construction experience
- Experience managing ground-up multifamily projects
- Strong wood framing / podium / wrap-style construction experience required
- Proven success on projects valued at $30M
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
