Construction Recruiter - Industrial Contractor - Raleigh, NC
I’m currently partnered with a well-established industrial contractor in Raleigh that is looking to hire an experienced Construction Recruiter to support their ongoing growth and project pipeline.
This is a key, hands-on hire where you’ll take ownership of recruiting across both management and field positions. The role goes beyond typical corporate TA — you’ll be working closely with project teams and operational leaders, helping deliver hiring needs directly tied to live projects.
The position will cover a mix of:
- Project Managers, Superintendents, and Engineers
- Office and support staff
- Craft / field roles (as project demands increase)
They’re looking for someone who understands how construction hiring works on the ground - particularly in environments where there’s a need to balance project hiring with craft recruitment.
What they’re looking for:
- Experience recruiting within construction, industrial, or related sectors
- Exposure to both staff and craft hiring
- Comfortable working closely with field teams and project stakeholders
- A hands-on approach, with the ability to adapt to changing project needs
