Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily service, installation, and customer operations
- Lead, coach, and develop technicians and office staff
- Manage financial performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency
- Build team culture, training programs, and career paths
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and quality standards
Requirements:
- NC HVAC contractor license (required)
- 7 years residential HVAC experience (install/service)
- 3 years in a leadership role managing teams and operations
- Strong business acumen, startup mindset, and hands-on leadership
