Residential Service Electrician

Location: Fuquay-Varina, NC (Serving the Raleigh, NC area)

Compensation: Hourly base rate DOE Up to $35 or Commission %

We are seeking an experienced Residential Service Electrician to join a well-established and growing team based in Fuquay-Varina, NC. This position is ideal for an electrician who is comfortable running service calls independently and providing excellent customer service to homeowners.

This is a family-oriented company with a laid-back culture, while still maintaining a professional and structured environment. Technicians are trusted to manage their routes, and the company provides ongoing support, training opportunities, and regular team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential electrical service calls throughout the Raleigh, NC service area
• Diagnose electrical issues and provide solutions for homeowners
• Perform repairs, installations, and upgrades in residential homes
• Communicate clearly with customers about services and recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized service truck
• Complete service documentation and invoices as required
• Participate in occasional team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• 3–5 years of residential electrical experience
• Ability to run service calls independently with minimal training
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
  
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to manage time and service calls efficiently - use ServiceTitan

Compensation

• Base Pay: Up to $35 per hour depending on experience
• Commission Structure: Technicians earn 18–20% of revenue once weekly sales exceed $10,000, offering strong earning potential for top performers
