Lead HVAC Service Technician
Residential & Light Commercial

A fast-growing HVAC startup in the Raleigh market is hiring a Lead HVAC Service Technician to help build and lead its service department. What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Service furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, package units, mini-splits, and RTUs
- Perform maintenance and system inspections
- Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers
- Mentor and support junior technicians in the field
- Help build and improve service processes as the company grows
- Complete service documentation and invoicing accurately
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing technical training
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of HVAC service experience
- Strong residential diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
- Light commercial experience preferred
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Leadership mindset with a team-first attitude
- Comfortable using tablets and dispatch software (Housecall Pro a plus)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
