- Independently diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
- Work heavily with advanced systems, including Geothermal units.
- Present repair and replacement options clearly to homeowners using upfront pricing.
- Mentor and train junior apprentices.
What You Need to Win:
- Active S2 License is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of dedicated residential HVAC experience.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Strong independent troubleshooting skills (no commercial-only backgrounds).
