What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Electrician position at ProTrade LLC?
We are looking for a Lead Electrician with strong multifamily experience to oversee crews on large-scale apartment projects. This role requires someone who can lead from the front — managing rough-ins, trims, and final phases while keeping production on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise crews on multifamily apartment projects
- Oversee rough-in, trim-out, and final phases across multiple units
- Read blueprints and panel schedules with confidence
- Coordinate layouts for units, common areas, and service equipment
- Ensure work meets NEC and local code requirements
- Maintain production pace to hit unit turnover deadlines
- Manage materials and keep projects on schedule
- Train and mentor apprentices and junior electricians
Qualifications:
- 5 years of commercial/multifamily electrical experience
- Prior leadership or foreman experience on apartment projects
- Strong knowledge of multifamily layouts, meter banks, and panel installs
- Ability to manage multiple crews or multiple buildings
- Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving on-site
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Journeyman license preferred (if applicable)
Salary : $27 - $35
