We are seeking an experienced Residential Service Electrician to join a well-established and growing team based in Fuquay-Varina, NC. This position is ideal for an electrician who is comfortable running service calls independently and providing excellent customer service to homeowners.

Responsibilities
- Respond to residential electrical service calls throughout the Raleigh, NC service area
- Diagnose electrical issues and provide solutions for homeowners
- Perform repairs, installations, and upgrades in residential homes
- Communicate clearly with customers about services and recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized service truck
- Complete service documentation and invoices as required
- Participate in occasional team meetings and training sessions
Requirements

3–5 years of residential electrical experience
- Ability to run service calls independently with minimal training
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to manage time and service calls efficiently - use ServiceTitan
Compensation

Base Pay: $25–$35 per hour depending on experience

Commission Structure: Technicians earn 18–20% of revenue once weekly sales exceed $10,000, offering strong earning potential for top performers
