Lead Residential HVAC Installer
Full-Time
Experienced lead installer needed to run residential HVAC installs, manage crews, and ensure clean, efficient jobs from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise residential HVAC installation crews
- Install and replace systems (air handlers, condensers, ductwork, thermostats, refrigerant lines)
- Read blueprints and plan installations
- Perform site assessments and identify install requirements
- Ensure jobs meet quality, safety, and code standards
- Troubleshoot install issues and make adjustments as needed
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Train and mentor junior installers
- Communicate with customers and provide system recommendations
Requirements
- HVAC license/certification
- Strong residential install experience with leadership background
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, codes, and safety
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Able to work in various environments and conditions
