Responsibilities Include:
- Manage office operations, including supplies, team lunches, and client visits
- Coordinate the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and occasional travel
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Support leadership with administrative tasks and special projects
- 2–4 years in an executive support or office management role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong multitasking, time-management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with learning new tools
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
