Job Description
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team at NextDay Inspect®. In this role, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our office. You will provide administrative support to our home inspectors and ensure a smooth workflow that contributes to our commitment to customer satisfaction and safety.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries.
- Coordinate home inspection appointments between clients and inspectors.
- Manage daily administrative operations to support inspection activities.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and maintain office records.
- Assist in marketing and promotional efforts.
Requirements
- Associate degree preferred
- Previous experience in office administration
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail
- Familiarity with calendar management tools is a plus
