Recruiter – Technology Firm (Chicago | Hybrid)

You’ll partner directly with leaders in Technology and Trading to shape hiring strategies, manage recruiting programs, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from first touch to final offer. What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-priority Technology and Trading roles, with a focus on early-career and internship programs.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the business—partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to develop and execute tailored talent strategies.
- Manage key recruiting programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and continuous improvement across processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, operations, and global recruiting teams to share insights and drive consistency in hiring practices.
- Build and nurture strong pipelines of technical and quantitative talent through creative sourcing, networking, and engagement strategies.
- Represent the firm at events, career fairs, and on-campus programs (travel 2–4x annually).
- Use data and market insights to influence decision-making and continuously refine recruiting approaches.
- Drive operational excellence through thoughtful project and program management, ensuring milestones are met and outcomes are measured.
Who You Are
- 2–5 years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency), ideally within financial services, technology, or quantitative disciplines.
- A strategic thinker who enjoys collaborating directly with business leaders to solve complex talent challenges.
- Skilled in project or program management—you can take an initiative from idea to execution with precision and follow-through.
- Excellent communicator with a consultative mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Analytical and curious—someone who uses data to guide decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree required; must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
