The Role
The Real Estate Analyst will support the execution of complex real estate development projects across commercial, residential, and hospitality asset classes. This role works closely with senior development leadership and is involved throughout the entire development lifecycle, from due diligence and underwriting through design, construction, and project close-out. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on development environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and organize project tasks, schedules, and deliverables across all phases of real estate development projects, with an emphasis on construction execution
- Support coordination of due diligence, entitlement, design, and construction activities for active development projects
- Manage and coordinate external consultants and service providers through competitive RFP processes, including architects, engineers, general contractors, designers, FF&E vendors, and specialty consultants
- Assist with contract negotiations, monitor scope and financial changes, and ensure compliance with project requirements and work standards
- Liaise with municipal agencies to understand zoning, permitting, and approval requirements
- Assist in preparing development budgets, monthly draw requests, and ongoing reporting on project financial performance
- Support management of project schedules to meet weekly, monthly, and overall milestones
- Prepare and present regular project updates to internal stakeholders and senior leadership; identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Partner with the acquisitions team to evaluate the feasibility and underwriting of prospective development opportunities
- Review design, construction, and bid documents to ensure alignment with financial objectives and development scope
- Assist in managing the project close-out process to ensure successful delivery
- Travel to development sites as needed
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate development, project management, or a related role supporting development projects
- Experience working on urban development projects
- Exposure to mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, or residential developments
- Strong initiative with the ability to manage multiple development projects simultaneously
- Experience coordinating vendors, consultants, and contractors
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and MS Project
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, real estate, architecture, engineering, urban planning, finance, or a related field
- Ability to travel within the U.S. approximately 40% of the time (2–3 days per week)
Preferred Experience
- Experience building development proformas and financial models
- Experience working on luxury high-rise residential development projects

Salary : $95,000 - $120,000
