Position Overview
The Financial Analyst will join an established finance team and support ongoing reporting, analysis, and business initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience who enjoys finance, wants to continue developing their skill set, and is seeking a company where they can grow organically over the long term.

Responsibilities
- Support financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis activities
- Analyze trends and provide insights to support business decisions
- Build and maintain financial models and reporting tools
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations for leadership
- Partner with cross-functional teams across the organization
- Communicate financial information and recommendations to non-finance stakeholders
- Assist with budgeting and other strategic finance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance (required)
- 1-3 years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to explain financial concepts to executives and non-finance professionals
- Desire to grow into a Senior Financial Analyst role over time
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
