Position Overview
The Construction Project Manager will oversee church construction, renovation, expansion, and ministry facility projects from preconstruction through completion. This individual will be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client relationships, and project execution while ensuring each project aligns with the organization's commitment to excellence, stewardship, and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage church and ministry-focused construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and construction timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors throughout all phases of construction.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding progress, budgets, schedules, and project milestones.
- Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Monitor project costs and proactively identify opportunities to maintain budget and maximize project efficiency.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with quality standards, contract requirements, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with field teams to address challenges, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.
- Foster strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and representing the company's values with professionalism and integrity.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivering a positive experience for ministry partners.
Qualifications
- 5 years of construction experience preferred.
- Previous Project Management experience is preferred.
- Strong Superintendents are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with commercial, institutional, religious, or design-build construction projects is a plus.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional client service.
- A servant-minded attitude and appreciation for working with churches and ministry-focused organizations.

Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
