The Encompass Group is partnering with a leading international beverage manufacturer and distributor to identify an HR Operations & Compensation Manager. This organization manages a portfolio of recognizable consumer brands and is seeking a strategic HR professional to lead compensation programs, HR operations, workforce planning, and process improvement initiatives. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with executive leadership and Finance to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead compensation programs, including salary structures, market benchmarking, merit planning, incentive programs, and compensation analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers on compensation strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Oversee HR operations, systems, and processes, ensuring compliance with employment regulations while driving efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage HR technology platforms, reporting, audits, policy administration, and workforce compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance on headcount planning, labor forecasting, budgeting, and other strategic business initiatives.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership while supporting HR transformation and organizational change projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- 3 years of experience focused on compensation, rewards, or total rewards programs.
- Strong knowledge of compensation design, salary administration, market benchmarking, and pay equity principles.
- Experience managing HR operations, compliance, and HR technology platforms.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation and workforce data.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and HR systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CCP, or similar professional certification.
- Experience supporting multi-site or international operations.
- Background partnering closely with Finance on workforce planning and budgeting.
- Experience leading HR technology implementations or process improvement initiatives.
