- Lead both the project management and technical side of projects, including active involvement in drafting and overseeing construction documents for compliance with firm standards and building codes
- Review RFIs, submittals, specifications, and product selections while proactively identifying issues and driving solutions throughout the full project lifecycle
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless project delivery
- Delegate responsibilities effectively, support team members, and maintain strong organization across multiple active projects in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications

- 10 years of experience managing medium to large, complex architectural projects
- Strong restaurant project experience required, specifically with one-off, upscale restaurant builds and detailed hospitality environments
- Proven experience managing client relationships, consultant coordination, and multiple project deadlines simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, and project execution from design through closeout
- AutoCAD experience required; Revit experience is a plus
- Architectural licensure is not required
- Previous experience working successfully in a collaborative team environment
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a respected firm with strong project variety, excellent team collaboration, and long-term career growth.
