What You'll Own
• End-to-end servicing of bank loan assets — trade instruction capture, settlement, fail management, cash instructions, and lifecycle management • Oversight of loan lifecycle events including paydowns, drawdowns, interest rate resets, PIK interest calculations, delayed comp accruals, and trade settlements • Interpretation of credit agreements and related documentation to support accurate processing and exception resolution • Reconciliations across positions, cash, and accruals — proactive exception resolution before things become problems • Cross-functional collaboration to resolve queries and operational issues across teams • Creation of new procedures, workflows, and controls as the platform evolves • Participation in systems testing and implementation of operational improvements
Background
• End-to-end servicing of bank loan assets including trade instruction capture, settlement, fail management, cash instructions, and lifecycle management
• Oversight of loan lifecycle events including paydowns, drawdowns, rate resets, PIK interest, accruals, and settlements
• Interpretation of credit agreements and documentation to support accurate processing and resolve exceptions
• Reconciliations across positions, cash, and accruals with proactive exception resolution
• Cross-functional collaboration to resolve queries and operational issues
• Creation of new procedures, workflows, and controls as the platform evolves
• Participation in systems testing and implementation of operational improvements
• 7 years bank debt/leveraged loan operations experience required
• Deep knowledge of bank debt asset class and market trading; loan closing exposure preferred
• Distressed loan experience required
• Strong familiarity with LSTA/LMA documentation; EUR loan exposure a plus
• SS&C Geneva, Murex, Wall Street Office, ClearPar knowledge preferred
• Bloomberg proficiency required
• Working knowledge of TRS products is a plus
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and bank debt flow in financial statements
• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred)
• Operationally sharp and proactively minded for exception resolution
• Able to read and interpret dense credit agreement language independently
• Strong analytical skills to build controls and procedures
• Comfortable managing multiple high-volume priorities accurately
• Clear communicator with ops, finance, legal, and counterparties

Up to $240k TC
Salary : $145,000 - $180,000
