What You'll Own
• Day-to-day and strategic execution of client clearing financing initiatives across Listed and OTC products — structures, pricing inputs, and coordination with Treasury/Finance for disciplined risk-adjusted returns
• Commercial opportunity identification through client financing analytics — repricing, optimization, and data-backed recommendations executed in partnership with Sales and coverage teams
• Financial performance analytics and attribution for client clearing financing — P&L drivers, balance and return variance commentary, management-ready outputs
• CCP concentration margin management — build and maintain analytics, monitor drivers, and coordinate client remediation plans across Sales, Risk, Ops, and regional stakeholders
• Capital strategy and optimization — quantify capital impacts, propose remediation levers, and track delivery in an evolving regulatory capital environment
• Liquidity impact analytics — quantify consumption, identify optimization levers in partnership with Treasury/Finance/Risk across stress frameworks, funding impacts, and CCP IM/VM dynamics
• Senior escalation point for financing and analytics — high-quality analysis under pressure, crisp communication, credible presence in senior forums
• Continuous improvement and automation — partner with Technology and Strats to reduce manual processes and improve reporting accuracy and transparency
Background
• Execute client clearing financing initiatives for Listed and OTC products
• Identify commercial opportunities using client financing analytics
• Analyze and attribute client clearing financing financial performance
• Manage and monitor CCP concentration margin and coordinate remediation • Develop capital strategy and optimize capital impacts in regulatory environments
• Perform liquidity impact analytics and recommend optimizations
• Act as senior escalation point for financing and analytics
• Drive continuous improvement and automation alongside Technology and Strats
• Require 10 years of derivatives clearing experience (Futures and/or Cleared OTC Swaps) • Possess strong understanding of clearing economics and margin dynamics
• Demonstrate experience in client pricing, analytics, capital optimization, or liquidity frameworks
• Experience collaborating with Technology/Strats for reporting infrastructure
• Undergraduate degree required; advanced quantitative degree a plus
• Excellent communication skills for translating analytics to senior stakeholders
• Senior ownership and strong commercial instincts with risk control
• Self-starter, strong judgment, collaborative across multiple teams
