This is a senior, client‑facing leadership role responsible for owning and growing strategic investment banking and private markets engagements in the Americas, starting with a large, flagship US-based investment banking client.
The role combines:
- Deep hands‑on credibility in data science, AI/ML, and quantitative analytics
- Front‑office solutioning and commercial ownership
- Trusted advisor presence with senior bankers, CIOs, and innovation leaders
The individual will act as a primary US‑based face of Acuity’s AI, Data & Digital (AD&D) capabilities for Banking, Investment Banking clients—driving account expansion, new deal origination, and complex solution design, while ensuring delivery excellence.
1. Strategic Account Ownership & Continuity
- Act as primary US‑based technology and analytics lead for a large, strategic investment banking client
- Own client trust, roadmap discussions, solution evolution, and multi‑phase expansion
- Ensure seamless continuity of existing platforms while identifying next‑generation opportunities (AI‑led insights, data platforms, governance, automation)
- Partner closely with offshore delivery leadership to maintain quality, velocity, and commercial discipline
2. Americas Solutioning & Growth
- Serve as solutioning SME for Banking, IB, and Private Markets clients across the Americas
- Lead discovery workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and executive solution pitches
- Shape new SOWs, pilots, and multi‑phase programs in AI, data platforms, and advanced analytics
- Actively contribute to pipeline creation, deal conversion, and account expansion
3. Hands‑on Technical Leadership
- Remain technically credible and hands‑on in early solution phases:
- Data & AI architecture
- Model and feature design
- Build vs buy decisions
Review and guide complex technical choices to ensure robustness, scalability, and performance
