- Recommend secure configurations
- Support system hardening efforts
- Stay informed on emerging vulnerabilities
- Assess exposure to known threats
- Recommend proactive mitigation strategies
- Partner with
- Cybersecurity Engineers

- Applications & Platforms teams
- Support coordinated remediation efforts
- Assist with penetration testing activities
- Review findings and support remediation
- Validate that issues have been resolved
- Align vulnerability management with policies
- Support audit and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Improve vulnerability management processes
- Enhance tools and workflows
- Strengthen overall security posture
This role is for someone who
- Thinks in risk, weaknesses, and mitigation
- Has strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Understands how vulnerabilities impact real systems

Required
- 1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT, or related roles
- Basic understanding of
- Vulnerability scanning
- Risk assessment
- System and application security
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools
- Familiarity with
- Security frameworks
- System hardening practices
- Certifications (Security , CEH – preferred but not required)
- Experience in cloud or SaaS environments
- 8–12 hours per week
- Flexible schedule (with responsiveness to security needs)
- Fully remote
- Hands-on experience in vulnerability management
- Exposure to real-world security risks and remediation
