HR Generalist, Business Partner - Contract to Hire

Shift of the HR Generalist, Business Partner:
M-F 8-5, 2 days onsite at Methuen & 2 days onsite at Lawrence facility, 1 Day WFH or either site as needed.
Pay Rate of the HR Generalist, Business Partner:
$40-$49/hr

Responsibilities of the HR Generalist, Business Partner:
- Provide on-site HR support and expertise to align talent strategies with business priorities.
- Deliver programs in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Partner with Managers to assess staffing needs and deliver onboarding support.
- Drive compliance with policy interpretation and maintain workplace culture excellence.
- Conduct investigations and coach managers on performance improvement plans.
- 2 years of HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR disciplines and federal/state employment laws.
- Strong partnering and collaboration skills across various functions.
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS is preferred.
