What You’ll Lead
You’ll have responsibility for:
- Engineering – Field Engineers & Application Engineers - 3 Direct Reports to Start and Growing Significantly
- Custom Solutions & Services – Technical Specialists, Trainers, Production & Scheduling
- Fabrication & Assembly Teams
What You’ll Do
🔹 Set the vision, strategy, and operating model for the Engineering organization
🔹 Scale teams and capabilities to support growth across markets and customers
🔹 Act as senior technical authority and escalation point for complex challenges
🔹 Drive delivery of engineered solutions, field services, training, and custom fabrication
🔹 Ensure engineering excellence, safety, quality, and best practices
🔹 Balance solution standardization with high‑value customization
🔹 Partner closely with Sales to support solution selling and technical win strategies
🔹 Support key customer engagements, technical reviews, and executive presentations
🔹 Oversee production scheduling, capacity planning, and on‑time delivery
🔹 Own margins, utilization, and continuous process improvement
🔹 Build, develop, and retain top engineering and technical talent
What We’re Looking For
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or related)
🧠7–10 years of progressive engineering leadership experience in an industrial B2B environment
👥 Proven experience leading customer‑facing engineering teams
âš™ Strong background in engineered systems, custom fabrication, and technical services
🤝 Demonstrated success partnering with Sales and Operations
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Business (MBA)
- Experience in fluid systems, life sciences, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing
- Background in distribution, OEM, or engineered solutions business models
