Responsibilities of the Production Operator:
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing machines
- Select appropriate programs and properly load and unload substrates
- Operate all machines and equipment safely
- Accurately read and interpret work instructions, dimensional drawings, and specifications
- Inspect substrates for correct quantity and quality prior to processing
- Perform visual and microscope inspections, including 100% inspection before the next operation
- Identify non?conforming products and place material on hold when necessary
- Make process?approved machine adjustments to ensure quality output
- Remain focused on producing high?quality product to support yield and on?time delivery goals
- Document production activity in the ERP system and relevant quality databases
- Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly work area
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret dimensional drawings
- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO9001, and industry standards such as MIL?STD and/or IPC preferred
- Computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Detail?oriented, self?motivated, and team?focused mindset
- Strong critical?thinking skills with the ability to apply known inputs and outputs
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident in compliance with ITAR regulations
