We are partnering with a global fintech firm to find a Workplace Experience Manager for their NYC office. They are seeking a hands-on, strategic leader to oversee the daily workplace operations in their New York Office. Note this position requires an in-office presence 5 days a week in their NYC office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily needs of the New York City Office, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Oversee the New York Workplace Experience team, fostering and continually improving office culture.
- Manage vendor relationships, evaluate services as needed, and seek out additional resources when needed.
- Partner with leaders and other departments to identify opportunities to implement new policies and procedures to offer a best-in-class experience to employees.
- Manage spatial planning initiatives, including tracking workstation usage and forecasting future needs.
- Maintain building compliance with health, safety, and security requirements.
- Prepare office documentation such as onboarding/offboarding requirements and seat assignments.
- Support other offices and departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7 years in a fast-paced, high-performing environments where white glove service and continuous improvement are highly valued.
- 3 years managing a team, providing mentorship, overseeing performance, and fostering personal and professional growth.
- Knowledge of NYC building infrastructure, including HVAC systems and maintenance scheduling.
- Prior experience managing large-scale projects, including office relocations, build-outs, and/or transformations.
- Ability to multitask in a fest paced environment to a high level of detail.
- A relationship-oriented mindset coupled with outstanding troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
