The Role
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to help us aggressively expand across multiple service categories. You’ll identify and penetrate new markets, build pipeline from scratch, and convert high-value partners onto our platform.
This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role for someone who thrives in outbound environments and wants to be directly responsible for revenue generation. You’ll work closely with leadership on go-to-market strategy while executing at a high level every day.
The ideal candidate is a relentless self-starter who combines strong analytical thinking with a bias for action and a track record of winning.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, prioritize, and break into high-value service categories and target accounts
- Own outbound pipeline generation through high-volume, high-quality cold calls and emails
- Execute 50–100 outbound touchpoints daily across calls and email
- Build and close partnerships with small business owners and operators
- Own a category from zero to meaningful revenue contribution
- Consistently hit and exceed activity and revenue targets
- Work directly with leadership on market expansion and go-to-market execution
- Develop a deep understanding of customer acquisition economics and marketplace growth
