A real estate firm is seeking a Temporary Payroll Coordinator to support their team during a high-volume period. This is a 5-month contract with potential to extend, offering a hybrid schedule in their Chicago office.
In this role, you’ll support day-to-day payroll operations in a fast-paced, multi-state environment. You’ll handle time-sensitive items like processing corrections, reversals, timecard verification, support payroll audits and compliance, help desk requests and help ensure smooth payroll processing across the organization. They’re looking for someone who can step in quickly, stay organized, and contribute to process improvements.

What the team is looking for
