An upscale urban winery and event venue is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee restaurant and banquet operations.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of progressive culinary leadership experience, in an upscale, high-volume restaurant and hotels.
- Banquet, catering, or event culinary experience, with the ability to execute large-scale events and à la carte service of up to 350 covers.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing food and labor costs, budgeting, forecasting, P&L performance, and developing culinary teams.
- Oversee all culinary operations across the restaurant, tasting room, private events, and off-site catering, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and execution.
- Lead, train, and develop culinary management and BOH teams while collaborating with FOH leadership on seasonal menus, guest experiences, and event execution.
