Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of restaurant management experience within an upscale, high-volume hospitality environment.
- Proven experience operating in a restaurant generating more than $10M in annual volume.
- Boston hospitality experience required, with strong knowledge of the local restaurant and nightlife market.
- Nightlife experience preferred; strong service etiquette and enthusiasm for wine and spirits are highly valued.
- Support daily restaurant and front-of-house operations within a high-volume supper club environment.
- Lead with warmth, professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail while reinforcing elevated service standards.
- Guide and support a team of 10 direct reports within a 20 person operation, fostering accountability and strong hospitality culture.
- Maintain a polished guest experience across dinner, cocktails, lounge, and late-night service.
