Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of progressive management in luxury hotels
- strong French cuisine foundation
- experience managing union staff in NYC
Responsibilities
- Lead all culinary operations for the hotel, including restaurant, bar, in-room dining, banquets, and special events.
- Develop refined, luxury-level menus and oversee food quality, presentation, sourcing, and consistency across every guest touchpoint.
- Manage and mentor the kitchen team while controlling labor, food cost, inventory, sanitation, and profitability.
