Responsibilities Support daily kitchen operations and service execution Assist with staff training, scheduling, and development Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards Help manage food cost, inventory, and prep systems Ensure sanitation and safety standards are consistently followed Work closely with the Executive Chef on menu execution and kitchen leadership Qualifications 2+ years of Sous Chef experience in high-volume upscale or chef-driven restaurants Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with scratch kitchens and fast-paced service Solid understanding of food safety, organization, and kitchen systems Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and culinary excellence Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding restaurant group with strong leadership, creative cuisine, and long-term growth potential.
