A growing restaurant group is looking for an Executive Chef to run their upscale American Bistro concept in NYC!
Qualifications:
3-4+ years of Senior leadership experience as an Executive Chef or Sr. Sous Chef within a high-volume, upscale New American restaurant or premium steakhouse in New York City.
A hands-on, results-driven leader who leads by example, remains composed in a fast-paced environment, and builds strong working relationships with front-of-house leadership.
Strong knowledge of P&L management, food and labor cost controls, inventory management, purchasing, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with General Managers and Operating Partners to drive operational efficiency, elevate the guest experience, and maintain strong communication and coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Partner with restaurant leadership to manage P&L performance, control food and labor costs, minimize waste, and implement strategies that maximize profitability.
Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule a high-performing culinary team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional development.
Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
