Hotel General Manager – Extended Stay The Chef Agency - Greensboro, NC $70,000 - $80,000 a year Location: Greensboro, NC Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year + Bonus We are seeking a hands-on Hotel General Manager with Extended Stay experience to oversee daily operations, lead a team, drive occupancy, and maintain strong guest satisfaction and financial performance. Responsibilities Manage daily hotel operations, budgets, labor costs, occupancy, and P&L. Lead, train, and motivate a team of 6–12 employees. Maintain cleanliness, brand standards, and guest satisfaction. Handle guest complaints and online reviews. Drive occupancy through local sales, marketing, and community relationships. Support housekeeping, laundry, and public-area operations as needed. Ensure staff coverage and compliance with safety procedures. Requirements Previous Extended Stay hotel experience required. At least one year of Hotel General Manager experience preferred. Knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, labor management, and P&L. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
