Compensation
- Competitive Base Salary: $75,000–$100,000
- Performance-Based Incentives: Uncapped earning potential with commissions and bonuses tied to growth and retention
- High-Earning Opportunity: Top performers exceed over $135,000 total compensation as territory matures
