- Base Salary: $95,000?$130,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Bonus Program: Performance?based bonuses tied to team and regional results
- Additional Incentives: Rewards for new customer acquisition and key performance milestones
- Develops and executes regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Leads, coaches, and mentors a team of outside sales representatives
- Owns forecasting, pipeline health, and regional performance metrics
- Builds strong relationships with key accounts and strategic prospects
- Is comfortable managing a dense, multi?state Midwest territory with frequent travel
- Collaborates closely with senior leadership and cross?functional teams

- Proven success in sales leadership, ideally within industrial, packaging, or B2B distribution environments
- Experience managing multi?state or regional sales teams
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
