In addition to recruitment leadership, this role plays a critical part in employment operations, onboarding, and compliance, including I-9 administration and offer letter processes. The ideal candidate combines strategic recruitment expertise with operational excellence, strong compliance knowledge, and a passion for developing people and processes.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Recruitment Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Domestic Talent Acquisition team, ensuring timely application review, follow-up, and end-to-end candidate progress.
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition through hire, ensuring efficiency, quality of hire, and positive candidate experience.
- Serve as the primary recruiting partner and advisor to hiring managers, department heads, and executive leadership.
- Conduct regular staffing and workforce planning meetings with department leaders and Executive Committee members.
- Develop and maintain proactive recruiting pipelines and sourcing strategies at the local, regional, and national levels.
- Participate in on-campus and off-site recruitment events, including job fairs, hospitality programs, and employer panels.
- Manage all VIP or high-profile candidate recruitment processes in partnership with senior leadership.
- Oversee internal job posting procedures and counsel employees on internal mobility opportunities.
- Maintain and update the open requisition list to reflect current staffing priorities ensuring candidates are moving through process quickly and hiring managers are engaging applicants in a timely manner.
- Oversee and ensure standard metrics are recorded and shared with leadership (Number interviews, number hires, Event attendance etc.)
- Serve as the primary owner and subject-matter expert for the Applicant Tracking System and related recruitment tools.
- Identify system challenges, implement solutions, and continuously improve recruitment workflows and reporting.
- Train hiring leaders and recruiters on ATS best practices and effective hiring processes.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of job postings across the careers site and third-party platforms.
- Partner with the Director of Recruitment to develop recruitment training resources, marketing and other related materials.
- Oversee all employment-related pre-hire and onboarding processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure completion and compliance of Form I-9 processing in accordance with federal regulations.
- Manage the hourly offer letter process.
- Support the HR operations team in background checks, MVR checks, driving agreements and other necessary pre onboarding paperwork
- Administer and manage the Employee Referral Program.
- Ensure recruitment and hiring practices comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Maintain working knowledge of employment law, immigration requirements, and industry standards.
- Support audits and internal reviews related to hiring and onboarding compliance.
- Coach, develop, and evaluate Talent Acquisition Specialists.
- Collaborate with HR leaders, hiring managers, and executive stakeholders to align staffing strategies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales or similar field. Preferred experience leading and managing people.
- Experience in hospitality, resort, or high-volume hiring environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and employment compliance.
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with ATS experience.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
