What You Will Be Doing as the Senior Recruiter
As Senior Recruiter in our Colorado Springs office, you will own both business development and high-quality recruiting. Your responsibilities include:
- Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted hiring advisor.
- Proactively sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier talent across accounting, finance, HR, administrative and professional roles.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle with excellence in communication and candidate experience.
- Creating and maintaining a strong pipeline, driving your own activity, and delivering consistent results.
- Collaborating with your team to share strategies, refine processes, and grow our market presence.
- Operating with autonomy—setting goals, driving decisions, and taking ownership of outcomes.
What You Will Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong business acumen and the ability to have insightful conversations with decision-makers.
- Professional, polished communication, both written and verbal.
- Genuine desire to help people and positively influence lives and careers.
- A self-starter mindset with internal drive, reliability, and a strong sense of ownership.
