Fair Event Attendant

TBG is hiring reliable and energetic staff for an upcoming one-day event in Andover Township, NJ this Saturday 6/13/2026! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door for future events and ongoing shifts.
Pay: $17/hour
Location: Andover Township, NJ

About the Role:
Join our event team and help create a fun, safe, and organized experience for guests. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and interacting with people.

Responsibilities:

Provide friendly customer service to event attendees
Help manage lines and maintain a safe environment
Operate mechanical rides safely (training provided)
Support team members with general event needs as needed

Monitor and control the number of children on inflatables to ensure safety.

Prevent roughhousing and activities that could lead to injuries.

Watch for actions that may damage the inflatable equipment.

Requirements:
Must be available to work from 2:30p.m.-7p.m.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.-(Valid IDs)-Cannot be expired
Must be available for a Zoom call/if hired the Onboarding paperwork must be completed no later than Thursday.
We are a W2 Employer. You will not be paid by Cash or PayPal. You will be compensated via Check or Direct Deposit the following Friday.
