We are recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support weekday operations at our client’s Long Beach, NY office. You will support the sales team answering phones, responding to emails and coordinating documents.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Requirements:
- Strong administrative and customer service experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Real Estate experience preferred
