Customer Care Specialist
The Customer Care Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for both prospective and current residents. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling and conducting virtual tours, and guiding prospects through the leasing and application process. Additionally, this position supports resident customer service, manages reputation response, and collaborates with on-site property teams to ensure a seamless experience. The ideal candidate brings experience in a call center or property management environment, strong CRM skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-first mindset. Weekend availability, including Sundays, is required.
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
