Harvest Restaurant Server Job Description
Wage: $2.50/hour tips. Averages to $20-25/hour.
Shift: Part time, evening shift. Maximum of 29 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Set up workstation.
- Complete side work checklists.
- Follow sequence of service.
- Accurately receive and input orders.
- Rolling silverware.
- Pre-bussing tables.
- Deliver food in a timely manner.
- Engage with the guests while they dine at Harvest.
- Keep beverages refilled.
- Recommend items from our menu and upsell items.
- Menu and allergy knowledge.
- Exemplify Thanksgiving Point?s Mission, Values and Policies.
- Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.
Requirements:
- World class guest service.
- Previous serving experience.
- Multitasking and keeping on task when busy.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Must pass a background check.
