Harvest Restaurant Server Job Description
Wage: Daytime shift: $5/hour tips. Evening shift: $2.50/hour tips. Averages to $20-25/hour.
Shift: Part time. Maximum of 29 hours per week.

You will greet guests, make food recommendations, present menu items, take orders and deliver food in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
Set up workstation.
Complete side work checklists.
Follow sequence of service.
Accurately receive and input orders.
Rolling silverware.
Pre-bussing tables.
Deliver food in a timely manner.
Engage with the guests while they dine at Harvest.
Keep beverages refilled.
Recommend items from our menu and upsell items.
Menu and allergy knowledge.
Exemplify Thanksgiving Point’s Mission, Values and Policies.
Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.
Requirements:
World class guest service.
Previous serving experience.
Multitasking and keeping on task when busy.
Be at least 16 years old.
Must pass a background check.
