Harvest Restaurant Busser/Food Runner Job Description
Wage: $10/hour tips for AM shifts, 10:30am-4pm
Shift: Part time. 3-4 shifts per week; maximum of 29 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Set up bussing area, buff plates and glasses, refill guests’ water, clear away dirty plates, and dishes, sanitize and reset the table quickly.
- Set up expo line, organize and quality check food before loading onto the tray, communicate between front and back of house.
- Assist serving staff during shift.
- Must be willing to both buss tables and run food.
- Ensure guest satisfaction.
- Exemplify Thanksgiving Point’s Mission, Values and Policies.
- Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.
Requirements:
- Outstanding guest service and communication.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to carry heavy trays for extended distances.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must pass a background check.
