Key Responsibilities
- Project Billing: Prepare project-specific pay applications and assemble all required supporting documentation for multiple projects.
- Job Costing: Compile, review, and analyze job cost reports to support Project Managers and leadership.
- Financial Reporting: Create ad-hoc financial and operational reports as needed.
- Document Management: Maintain accurate billing files and ensure timely submission of project billing packages.
- Compliance: Assist with the preparation of tax-related documentation and ensure billing accuracy.
- Experience: Previous professional billing experience is mandatory.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in Construction or Industrial billing is highly preferred.
- Software Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Outlook, Word) is required.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret and analyze job cost reports and financial data.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
- System Plus: Experience with Viewpoint Vista is a major plus.
