- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with regulatory, licensing, and payer requirements.
- Coordination: Communicate patient progress to the supervisor and team members, and assist with scheduling.
- Safety: Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe, clean condition following professional standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensure: Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of South Carolina.
- Certification: Current CPR certification.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills are required to manage patient care and team updates.
