Our client is seeking a Billing Coordinator to support the accounting and project management teams by preparing project‑specific pay applications, compiling job cost reports, and assisting with financial documentation for multiple active projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation of tax‑related documentation.
- Create ad‑hoc financial and operational reports as needed.
- Maintain accurate billing files and ensure timely submission of project billing packages.
- Prepare project pay applications and assemble all required supporting documentation.
- Compile, review, and analyze job cost reports to support project managers and leadership.
- Collaborate with project managers to resolve billing questions and ensure documentation accuracy.
Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to interpret and analyze job cost reports and financial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience preparing tax documents.
- Familiarity with Viewpoint Vista or similar construction ERP systems.
- Experience compiling pay applications for multiple large projects simultaneously.
