Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter)
Salary Range: $55,000 – $60,000
Location: Orlando, FL
In-Office First 90 Days | Hybrid Eligible After 90 Days (2 Remote Days/Week)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruiting team. This role is ideal for someone with approximately two years of recruiting experience who brings a strong work ethic, a team-first mindset, and a genuine desire to learn and grow.

Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is highly preferred, as this role will primarily support hiring for RBT positions. Candidates with a Human Services–related degree or background are also encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do Core Responsibilities
- Conduct and schedule phone screens
- Manage assigned requisitions from intake to offer
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs
- Post and refresh job openings
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Draft and extend offer letters
- Ensure consistent follow-up and communication with candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain organization and accuracy across multiple active requisitions
- Track candidate pipelines and ensure timely movement through stages
- Ask thoughtful questions to clarify hiring needs and candidate fit
- Provide a professional, polished candidate experience
- Approximately 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up
- Professional written and verbal communication skills (no text-speak, strong grammar required)
- Ability to think critically, pause when needed, and ask the right questions
- Team player with a proactive, go-getter mindset
- Former RBT experience
- Degree or background in Human Services, Psychology, or related field
- Experience recruiting in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services
