What You’ll Do:
- Dive into a diverse real estate portfolio across sectors like office, industrial, multifamily, and hospitality.
- Leverage your financial modeling skills using Argus and Excel to perform in-depth analyses.
- Collaborate with brokers, lenders, and internal teams to manage acquisitions, underwriting, and asset performance.
- Learn the ropes of reading complex agreements, deal closings, and database management for partner distributions.
- Experience Real Impact: Work closely with decision-makers in a small team where your contributions matter.

- Foundational knowledge of underwriting, acquisitions, and debt sourcing (we’ll teach the rest).
