Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bookkeeping activities (approx. 5–10 invoices/day; QuickBooks experience a plus, training available)
- Coordinate and maintain a dynamic, ever-changing calendar
- Handle email and phone communications on behalf of the executive
- Draft professional correspondence, including communication with financial institutions
- Support day-to-day logistics and operational coordination across multiple business ventures
- Assist with ad hoc projects and occasional personal errands
- 4-5 years of administrative, coordination, or Executive Assistant experience
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts (e.g., expenses vs. assets) or willingness to learn
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage shifting priorities
- Experience supporting a business owner or entrepreneur
- Exposure to bookkeeping or QuickBooks
- Background in small business or non-corporate environments
- A disciplined, motivated, and self-driven mindset
- Onsite role based out of a professional home office
- Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility to stay later as needed
- Direct communication style—seeking someone who is resilient, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
