The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and driven bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role (2-3 days onsite per week). This individual will play a key role in supporting and executing our recruitment process, with a strong focus on high-volume hiring for critical roles across the firm.
This is a highly collaborative and visible position that works closely with the Talent Acquisition & HR Manager and the Talent & People Manager, offering the opportunity to directly impact the firm’s continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support hiring leads and the HR team in identifying staffing needs and assisting with the recruitment process.
- Assist in managing high-volume recruitment for key roles, helping to maintain a strong and consistent candidate pipeline.
- Post job openings, screen candidates, coordinate interview scheduling, participate in interviews and share candidate insights with the hiring team.
- Help deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the HR team to promote a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Stay informed on recruitment trends and best practices.
- Demonstrate a proactive, “can-do” attitude and support additional HR initiatives as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal) required.
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR or related field (internship or high-volume recruiting exposure preferred).
- Basic knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
