What You’ll Do
- Drive CEO priorities, strategic planning, and execution follow-through
- Build and run the leadership operating system (exec meetings, QBRs, decision tracking)
- Increase cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, and business teams
- Own action logs, decision frameworks, and accountability systems that keep execution tight
- Partner on org design, role clarity, and leadership effectiveness
- Support KPI dashboards, operating reviews, and business performance visibility
- Contribute to board/investor readiness and executive communications
- 3–5 years in Chief of Staff, Strategy & Ops, Consulting, Program Management, or similar high-growth roles
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA a plus)
- Strong operator with experience driving execution across multiple functions
- High analytical fluency with KPIs, dashboards, and structured decision-making
- Exceptional communicator with strong executive presence
- Proven ability to influence across technical and operational teams without authority
- High discretion, strong judgment, and comfort operating close to senior leadership
- You’ll sit directly in the flow of CEO decision-making—not on the sidelines
- You’ll shape how a scaling company actually operates, not just support it
- You’ll work across some of the most complex and critical functions in infrastructure tech
- You’ll have visibility and impact across strategy, execution, and leadership effectiveness in real time
